All candidates for the
ICS examinations have to
register as students of
the Institute before
they may enter for the
examinations. Once
registered students may:
|

attend Institute functions
including branch events
|
|
receive The Shipping Network
journal
|
|
apply for exemptions from
some of the examinations |
|
REGISTRATION PROCEDURES |
|
Completed registration forms
and fees must reach the ICS
by the following dates: |
|
October 31, 2009 -
candidates wishing to sit in
a non-designated examination
centre should contact the
ICS no later than this date
to see if this can be
arranged and should be aware
that supplementary charges
may be payable. |

February 7, 2010 - all
completed registration forms
and fees must be received by
ICS by this date. |
|
Registrations received after
Feb 7 will NOT be
accepted |
|
Please note that
Registration as a student
does not confer membership
of the Institute and
that students may not use
any initials after their
names denoting that they are
Registered students of the
Institute. Registration fees
are non-refundable. |

EXAM ENTRY |

Candidates must complete and
return the examination entry
form, together with the
appropriate fee, to the
Institute not later than Feb
7th, 2010 |
|
Candidates are advised
in their own interest to
submit their entry form
well in advance of the
closing date and to
ensure that it is
acknowledged. No
allowance can be made
for any special
circumstances or for any
error or omission by the
candidate, by a
principal, by a parent
or friend or by the
postal authorities. Late
entries will NOT be
accepted. Examinations
fees are non-refundable.
