have retired from active shipping business. They are entitled to all the
benefits of membership except the right to vote or take part in the
‘affairs’ of ICS. Definition of a retired Fellow or Member is
a person not gainfully employed in shipbroking and who has been a FICS or MICS
for 25 consecutive years.
