Tramp & Tanker Agency Committee - acts as an advisory body to Federation, providing the latter with guidance, advice and draft policy on matters relating to dry and liquid bulk agency activities. Furthermore, the Committee considers and provides guidance to Federation on other matters related to the business of such agency activities, including port operations, road and rail transportation, logistics, and Customs & Excise requirements. |
| The Liner Committee - acts as an advisory body to Federation, providing the latter body with guidance, advice and draft policy on matters relating to liner agency activities. Furthermore, the Committee considers and provides guidance to Federation on other matters related to the business of liner agency, including port operations, road and rail transportation, logistics, and Customs & Excise activities.

Shipbroking/Chartering & Documentary Committee - considers and provides guidance to Federation on the development, introduction and use of documentation or proposed regulation of relevance to, and having influence on, all aspects of the business of ICS Company Members. This includes, but is not limited to, new international legal instruments or draft conventions, liability regimes and consultative documents from the UK and other governments, the European Commission, UNCTAD,
IMO and similar organisations.

European Committee - acts as an advisory body to Federation and its standing committees, providing them with guidance, advice and draft policy on matters relating to European Union and Commission policy and proposals relating to all aspects of agency activities. Furthermore, it considers and provides guidance to Federation on other matters related to the agency sector, including the promotion of short sea shipping, port operations, road and rail transportation, logistics, and customs activities.
